“Stayed in the motel queen room for one night… that’s the good part. Gena’s is good for one night given the location and the restaurant that serves excellent food. You need to be patient and quite sporty regarding the room. Everything is quite old and we found a wad of hair in the sheets, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet felt unstable when sitting on it. We asked for a hair dryer and the staff simply replied “no”. It’s an experience for one night, I don’t recommend for longer stays.”

“Partendo dal presupposto che l’errore iniziale è stato mio nell’aver prenotato con un mese di anticipo. Segnalato immediatamente e da lì e‘ iniziato un calvario infinito che ci ha portato a ritrovarci alle 2 di notte in mezzo alla città di Fresno senza sapere dove andare. La signora dell’hotel (quella un po’ in carne delle due) è stata super scortese, maleducata e arrogante che abbia mai incontrato. Non ha voluto risolverci il problema o tantomeno trovare una soluzione visto che il caos è stato...

“Personale gentile, hotel carino all'interno del Kings Canyon. Al check in ti propongono di rinunciare al rifacimento giornaliero della camera (in termini di sostituzione giornaliera di lenzuola e asciungamani) a fini ambientali. Al termine della vacanza mi hanno dato per questo un portachiavi in omaggio. Il Wifi purtroppo funziona poco e solo nell'ingresso dell'hotel, nonostante tra i servizi ci sia scritto WiFi in camera. ”
